Moving into a new home is a great experience, but you may notice small problems that are very normal in the first year of ownership. If you observe a problem with your home, first check the "Solutions to Common Problems" in your Homeowner Handbook. If you are unable to locate the solution to your problem, please follow the guidelines and procedures that identify whether the issue is an emergency or something that will be resolved during the 11th month warranty appointment. If the issue is an emergency and the situation is protected by the New Home Warranty, please follow the procedures outlined below in the Service Requests section. We assure you that we will address the service request promptly. After evaluating the nature and circumstances of your request, we will take the necessary action, as outlined in our warranty, up to and including repair or replacement, if appropriate.
Any items in the service request that are covered under manufacturer or supplier warranty are not expressly covered by Capital Design Group, Inc. or Capital Design Homes, LLC. However, during your first year of ownership, we will assist you in obtaining service if you experience any issues receiving service directly from the supplier or manufacturer.
At Capital Design Group, we want you to live happily in your new home. That’s why we offer you a home warranty that is supported by the National Association of Home Builders. It’s another great example of how Capital Design Group is striving to make a house your home!

For your protection and to ensure efficient operations, our warranty service is based on your written report of non-emergency items. Please use this form to notify us of warranty items. Mail, fax, or email your request to our office if your home was built by Capital Design Homes, LLC. If your house was not built by Capital Design Homes, LLC, please contact your builder via the method provided for you in your Homeowners Handbook. Once you have submitted your warranty service request, we will contact you to set a warranty work/inspection appointment.
